Whether you’re branding for the first time or doing it again, it’s such a fun process that I personally LOVE doing whether it’s for our agency or our clients. I’m always on the hunt for what’s new and coming and how can I personalize that to the individual I’m working with.
I’ll get to it, though. Here’s the rundown of what you can expect when you book with us:
Once you select a package that works best for your needs and pricing, you should probably think about how soon you want to start. You can definitely book with us in advance (we may offer a super-extended payment plan if you do this, depending on the timeline) but you should allocate time for a photoshoot (we always highly recommend new, high quality, on-brand photos), finishing the copywriting (or hiring a copywriter if you’d like), completing the forms and questionnaires and also maintaining your sanity.
We want this experience to be smooth-sailing but we also want you to be aware and prepared so we can do our job efficiently too. Each package has a suggested timeline we follow and prep time for you to consider.
Once you’ve done the math for this in your head, you can submit an inquiry letting us know all the details you have in mind. If you have questions or concerns, definitely mention them up front so that we can make sure this will be a good fit.
After you’ve been approved, you pay your first payment to secure your project date, you sign the contract and we get you onboarded!
We give you access to all the materials you’ll need to complete BEFORE the project date begins. You’ll also get 1:1 Voxer support with Jasmine (me), so you can ask me anything that might come up during the prep process.
Prep items mainly include your branding questionnaire, a website questionnaire, Pinterest board creation and copywriting layout guide (so you can work on copy on your own or with a copywriter).
If your copywriter wants to provide a layout of their own, that’s something we can look over and use as well. If you do need photoshoot direction for your new brand we can also include that as part of the process. Simply let us know so we can send you the needed concept PDF for you to share with your photographer.
Now, we have clients who take 2 months and clients who take 2 days to complete the prep work. It really depends on you here. Either way, you should let us know how much time you need and when you would be ready to start BEFORE you sign the contract. Consider your photoshoot dates, copywriting time and your schedule. That way, we can book you accordingly and you can avoid any late fees or push back dates in case you run behind. Communication is key so just be honest with yourself and with us so we can be on the same page!
Once you’ve sent everything our way, and your project start date arrives, we get to work! We start working on your brand concept for you to review and give feedback on and finalize it during the second week. In week 3 we get started on your website and give you opportunities for feedback before everything is finalized.
All these dates are given to you during the onboarding so you can add them to your calendar, keep them on your radar, whatever it is you need to do.
Once everything is all set, we deliver all your files, transfer your website, send over your website tutorial and you’re ready to go live!
