I have a few virtual assistants (Or as many people call them, VA’s) within my business. I have a VA for Pinterest, for content creation, blog posting, administrative tasks and more. I was so hesitant to invest in a virtual assistant as I did not know if I could trust that they would keep my business up to the same standard as me. I interviewed a lot of VA’s for months, until I finally found the ones that were a perfect fit for me. Now, I have so much of my time back to be more creative than before. I have space to think about my own branding, my vision, my future plans, and my own clients. They take on a lot of the day to day tasks while I get to focus on the business I love and built with passion.
Maybe this sounds like a drop of fresh air for you and you are wondering, what can a va do for me?
Virtual assistants usually have items that they specialize in. They niche down into area often that allow you to find someone you can trust with something you are specifically looking for. This is why I have a few virtual assistants on my team.
Some virtual assistants are project based and can come on to help you with a launch, presentation or another one time project.

Where to find a VA
There are many places to find a Virtual assistant. You can go through an agency, but that often feels a little less personal. You can hire a virtual assistant directly as well, which is a business owner themselves and understands the in and out of entrepreneurship. Following facebook groups or asking for referrals is a great way to start seeing who to interview for the job!
If you are looking into a virtual assistant, feel free to ask me for referrals, to look on Facebook groups like Societygal or GoalDiggers Insiders Facebook Group.
