I’m an enneagram 3, a projector, an ENTJ, the oldest sibling, and have Virgo in my chart. Basically wanting to be in control is in my DNA. But there are also limits I must put upon myself before it gets crazy and I like to enforce those same boundaries in my business.
I’m sure the last thing you personally want is someone investing in you, but then telling you how to do something you’ve clearly done numerous times and achieved great results with…
Ummm….then why is that client paying you if they’re just going to micro-manage the entire time? Right? Right.
I understand when it comes to big investments in general, there’s a lot of fear, nervousness, and pressure that it must come out just the way you want it, otherwise, it’s a huge waste of time.
And for the most part that’s true.
Who wants to waste time, energy and money only to be disappointed with the results?
But isn’t that why you’re choosing to outsource your design dreams instead of trying to put it together yourself?
And if you’ve done your research and decided we’re the right agency for you, isn’t it only fair that you trust in that credibility and skillset that empowered you to make that decision in the first place?
When we work together, there will be multiple times where we ask for your preferences, desires, input, and feedback. Collaboration is one of our values after all. And we wholeheartedly want to create something that’s out of this world for you,
But in order for us to do our job and give you amazing, brag-worthy results, you must trust in our judgement in certain areas.
We don’t want you to look exactly like the inspiration you sent us. We want you to stand out
We don’t want you to look like a brand from 2007. We want people to look twice when they come across your page.
We want you to be the standard. We want you to set the example.
In order for us to do our magic, trust that you’ve made the right decision in the first place and invest with an open mind and a mentality ready for feedback.
It’s kind of like a mom lecture where you might not always want to hear it, but you know it’s going to be good for you and is only meant to look out for you.
